Dinlarentix S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Dinlarentix"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 33, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us, which will be protected in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, you must submit a written request addressed to our Personal Data Protection Department via email at privacidad@dinlarentix.com or at our registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 33, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. The request must contain: full name of the data subject, domicile or other means to communicate the response, documents proving your identity, a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights, and any other element that facilitates the location of your personal data. The maximum response time will be 20 business days from receipt of the request.
